Launch Plan

Meridian XI's path from a live beta to a funded, scaling sales operation — three phases, running in sequence and overlap.

Phases

The plan

Phase 1

Door Knocker beta live & data collection

Door Knocker is deployed in the field with an active client, and every interaction it logs — GPS-locked sales visits, CRM syncs, signed contracts — builds a real performance record: close rates, ticket sizes, cycle times. That record is what turns the sales pitch from "here's what it should do" into "here's what it already did."

Phase 2

Prospect the market & polish the product

Two things run at once, not in sequence. Chance is personally cold-calling and qualifying companies off the target list, building a warm pipeline ahead of any funded sales push. In parallel, Chance is directing final design and UX polish on the product itself, using what Phase 1's live beta data actually surfaced — not guesswork — to decide what gets refined before the product goes in front of a wider market.

Phase 3

Raise capital, sell & scale

With a proven beta and a warming pipeline in hand, raise the capital needed to fund sales hires, developer compensation, and onboarding capacity. Convert the qualified prospects from Phase 2 into paying clients, and scale outreach and delivery across the full target market from there.
