Meridian XI

Product and company documentation. A vertical SaaS platform, built by operators, for storm roofing companies.

Company

Structure

Meridian XI Incorporated is a Wyoming C Corp. Chance Hammond is founder and CEO, holding 50% equity. Co-founders Andrew Corley (technical build, corporate filing) and Zac Corley (product development, sales) each hold 25%, under milestone-based vesting agreements.

The platform is built and proven against a real, operating roofing client before it's sold to anyone else — every module ships tested in the field, not just in a demo.

Product

The platform

By operators. For operators.

Door Knocker

Field rep

Records every sales interaction and GPS-locks it, automatically sends customer data straight to the CRM, and generates the company's existing contracts for signature on the spot — no paperwork, no re-entry, no gap between the door and the deal.

War Room

Sales manager

Tracks every salesperson's KPIs, appointments, and jobs in one place, and gives managers the team management and training/coaching tools to actually act on what the numbers show.

Adjuster

Claims & supplements

Replaces the need for an in-house or third-party dedicated supplement and estimate writer. Lets a roofer run supplements in-house, at a fraction of the money and the time an outside writer costs — and "fraction" is an understatement.

Positioned directly against generic, off-the-shelf roofing software: higher close rates, larger average tickets, faster insurance approvals, and less administrative overhead — because the platform is built around each company's own sales process, not a one-size-fits-all workflow.
